Introducing the GowayPro Loyalty Program

As a GowayPro member, you’ll earn cash rewards on every sale you make, starting at 0.25% on bookings for FIT and Groups, and the potential to earn up to 1%, depending on your membership status. Your earnings will be added automatically to your loyalty account upon your client’s return date.*

Your membership status will be based on your previous years sales volume with Goway Travel**

* Rewards are calculated on the net booking value. You can redeem cash rewards once your account reaches a minimum value of $50.
** Membership status is valued for one year and based off your previous year’s sales with Goway for the financial year of April 1st to March 31st.

Frequently Asked Questions About GowayPro

How do I sign up?

Membership to GowayPro is by invitation only. As soon as make your first booking with Goway, you will receive an email inviting you to join the program. If you missed the invitation email, please contact [email protected].

When will my GowayPro Visa expire?

Your electronic GowayPro Visa has a one-year validity from the time of issue.

What happens to my electronic Visa when it expires?

The funds are non-transferable therefore it is imperative that you use your card before it expires.

How will i receive my electronic Visa?

You will receive your electronic visa at the email address you have provided Goway.

Will i receive one card that has multiple redemptions on it?

No, you will now receive a new electronic Visa for every time you redeem.

Do I need to provide my PID number everytime I make a booking?

No. That’s the great thing about GowayPro. Everything is automated so once you sign up for the program, your PID will be added to every booking you make.

How do I redeem my rewards?

In order to redeem your cash rewards, you need to reach a minimum value of $50. Goway will be regular contact with you regarding these rewards. There will be an option to redeem your funds on GowayPro emails.

When do I receive my rewards?

When your clients have travelled and returned from their vacation. All reward dollars are calculated based on the return date of the booking in question.

When will I receive my GowayPro Rewards card in the mail? / When will you process and send me the GowayPro Rewards card?

The new program means no more waiting for delivery. Goway will issue your rewards after redemption at your chosen email address. Please keep in mind Goway processes rewards at the end of each month. Therefore, if you redeem on April 15, you should expect to see something in your email at the end of April. Please also check your spam folder.

Can I claim rewards on previous bookings that have travelled?

No. You will only receive cash rewards on new bookings after the program’s launch date. You cannot claim rewards retrospectively.

Is the card transferable?

No. The rewards card is an agreement between you and Visa. Therefore, all funds have to be redeemed by the cardholder, just like with any other credit card.

I had funds on my previous GowayPro Visa rewards card that expired. What do i do?

The funds have now expired; therefore, they cannot be rolled over.

Who do if i can not find my email with my electronic Visa?

Please contact our rewards team and we can reissue your card if it has not be activated.

I received an email telling me I earned more than $50 rewards points for my recent booking, where is my card?

To receive the electronic card you must redeem your rewards first by emailing [email protected] and request to have your rewards balance placed on your GowayPro Visa rewards card. Goway will be in regular contact with you regarding the rewards that you earn for every booking. Make it a habit to check your spam/junk/promotions folder for emails from Goway.**

How to Use Your Card

Canadian Cardholders can use their cards anywhere that Visa cards are accepted. US Cardholders can use their cards anywhere that Visa Debit Cards are accepted.

Use the card just like you would use a credit card! Funds will be automatically deducted from the card with each purchase made. When making in-store purchases, select Visa as the form of payment. If given the option, select Credit, not Debit. If your purchase is greater than the value on the card, you may split payment between the prepaid card and another form of payment, if store policy allows. Be certain that the amount charged to the prepaid card does not exceed the remaining balance on the card.

Your username will be the email address you used to redeem the reward. If you forgot your password, please click on the ‘Forgot Your Password’ button to reset your password.

You can also check your balance at any time by calling 1-877-610-1075 in Canada and the U.S., or 1-801-214-8892 outside of Canada and the U.S.

Rewards Card Declining/Not Working

Most card usage problems are related to a handful of issues listed below. Please try the following:

  • Check if the merchant accepts prepaid cards as a form of payment. We would recommend contacting the merchant directly. They should have contact information available on their website.
  • Ensure that you are not using your prepaid card to pay for subscription services. Examples of subscriptions are Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. Prepaid cards may not be accepted where merchants store credit cards for on-going or recurring purchases such as hotels, utility bills, car rental services, etc.
  • Confirm the total order amount, including taxes and shipping is less than or equal to the card balance. For example, a $100 prepaid card can be used to make a $99.99 purchase but not a $100.01 purchase.

For online transactions: Confirm that the card details, such as the card number and billing address, you are providing during purchase match the card details given to you. You can also check your transaction history to see why your card is being declined by logging into your card profile.
