I have been in the industry of over 31 years, I have worked in retail and the wholesale aspects of the travel industry including working for the airlines from front line to Management. Over those years I have learned to not only listen to people but to hear what they want or need, which is a key aspect when managing a team or working with Travel Agents. My travels have taken me to Asia, South/Latin America, Asia, Europe and The South Pacific. Adaptation to change is paramount in travel which makes the travel industry one of the most exciting and challenging careers out there.
