Make a booking with Goway and you’ll receive money on your Universal Visa Prepaid Card. Rewards Levels:

Air-Only Booking: $5 per passenger
Land Booking:
$10 per passenger
Air-Land Booking: $15 per passenger
Round-the-World Air-Only Itinerary: $50 per passenger

  • All air only tickets purchased via GowayAir are entitled to standard air only reward.
  • Land Booking refers to any “land” arrangements booked with Goway (tour, hotel, transfer, cruise, rail, or excursion) from a Goway Brochure. Booking must be valued at $1500 per person or more.
  • Air/Land Booking refers to any booking with an international air ticket departing from North America and land arrangements from a Goway Brochure valued at $1500 per person or more
  • Round the World Air-Only Booking refers to any around the world ticket departing from North America
  • Rewards apply to both adults and children.

How it Works

At time of booking, provide your Goway Agent with your PID number (printed at the bottom of your card). Your funds will be credited to your Goway Reward card typically 2-10 business days after final payment has been processed. In some instances it may take longer, in particular if you are waiting for your card to be issued for the first time.

If booking online on GowayAir.com enter your PID number during the booking process in the “Reward/PID card number” field located on the Payment Page. If you forget to add your PID number online, you may call a Goway agent to apply it.

Please note bookings made prior to sign-up for the reward program are not eligible for rewards.Untitled2

How to Use Your Card

Canadian Cardholders can use their cards anywhere that Visa cards are accepted.US Cardholders can use their cards anywhere that Visa Debit Cards are accepted.

Use the card just like you would use a credit card! Funds will be automatically deducted from the card with each purchase made. When making in-store purchases, select Visa as the form of payment. If given the option, select Credit, not Debit. If your purchase is greater than the value on the card, you may split payment between the prepaid card and another form of payment, if store policy allows. Be certain that the amount charged to the prepaid card does not exceed the remaining balance on the card.

Visa Cardholder Customer Service Information:

Check your Balance

At any time, you can check your balance by visiting www.mycurrentbalance.com or by calling 1-877-610-1075 in Canada and the U.S., or 1-801-214-8892 outside of Canada and the U.S. You can view the balance and a 90-day transaction summary by entering the card number on the web site. Your balance is shown in either Canadian or U.S. dollars depending on your country of residence.

Activate your card 

You may activate your card at www.mycurrentbalance.com, or by contacting Customer Service at 1-877-610-1075 in Canada and the U.S., or 1-801-214-8892 outside of Canada and the U.S.

Lost/Stolen/Non-Received Card

If you were already rewarded on your card and it is now Lost/Stolen or you haven’t received it, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-227-0956. Please ask Visa to look you up in their system with your PID number. If you are traveling outside of Canada and the US, and need to report your card as Lost or Stolen, please call this number 1-801-214-8892 and wait to speak to Cardholder Support. Please note this is not a direct number so the system will prompt for the 16-digit card number 3 times, before you get the opportunity to speak to Cardholder Support. Please note that the first reissue is free, but each additional replacement will cost $15.00.

Difficulty at the Point of Sale

If you experience difficulty at the Point of Sale ask the merchant to call the Visa Customer Service number at 1-877-610-1075 or 1-801-214-8892 outside of Canada and US.
